Enable a safe return for your workforce.

We help organisations make clear, responsible decisions about when and how employees return to work.

About Fitness to Work Assessment

Returning to work too early after illness or injury can delay recovery and disrupt operations. We provide statutory Fitness to Work and Return to Work (RTW) assessments conducted by accredited Designated Workplace Doctors (DWDs).

We assess whether an employee is medically and functionally ready to resume work safely including what support or adjustments may be needed. Where required, we also conduct functional capacity evaluations to match health status with real job demands.

Common Questions We Resolve

My employee is returning to work; are they medically fit to safely perform their job duties?

What is my employee’s current functional capacity and work capability?

My employee is on light duties; what tasks can they safely perform?

Does the role require temporary restrictions or adjustments?

Could this condition or injury be classified as a workplace injury?
